MEET TERRI

Energetic and passionate about helping others discover that they have the power to heal themselves.

Terri discovered JourneyDance™ in 2008 when her therapist recommended she go to a wellness retreat. So, off to Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health she went.

After dropping into a noon "Yoga Dance" class, everything in her life changed. Terri found JourneyDance™ to be magical, transformational and life changing.

In 2020-2022, after taking JourneyDance™ workshops and certification classes online, Terri's dream of becoming a Certified JourneyDance™ Guide came true.

She is now working on certification to become a Facilitator (happening Spring of 2023).

Terri aims to spread the JourneyDance™ love because she believes people need healing, self expression and experiences of joy in their lives.

She is a mom of two, resides in Rockland County, NY and offers JourneyDance™ classes and workshops on consciousness, healing, transformation, and creativity.

Get to know me better…

  • I wanted to share the love and awareness.

JourneyDance™ is a very sacred and special dance. And since it is not very well known right now, I'm thrilled to be an ambassador to spread the movement.

Many of us have stuck energy in our bodies and might not even know it. This dance helps people release the stored energy, the "gunk" in their bodies to make room for growth, and healing. Making space for the life they are meant to live.

Plus, dancing is so much fun so the benefits are really just a bonus!

  • Dance Monkey.

Because the artist, Tones and I, started as a street entertainer, and then she got discovered and is now famous.

    Plus, it makes me MOVE!

  • Energetic, Light Force, The Connector.

  • “Where there's a will, there's a way.”

  • It's magical.

You might not feel it during the dance, but there's a good chance you will feel a magical energy shift after.

"Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass…It’s about learning to dance in the rain." ― Vivian Greene
